Basic Life Support (BLS)
For healthcare providers who give care to patients in both in-facility and pre-hospital settings You will learn single and multi-rescuer skills with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.

Red Cross Blended Standard First Aid
A detailed 16 hour course (8 hours online, and 8 hours in class) offering First Aid and CPR/AED skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Recertification is also available - 8 hours in class.

Emergency First Aid
Basic one-day (8 hours) course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. AED training is also included. Offered as a blended course (4 hours online, 4 hours in class) OR full day (8 hours) in class. Recertification is also available - 4 hours online and 4 hours in class.

CPR- A or C with AED
Quick and basic CPR skills that anyone can learn with training on how to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED). CPR-A is Adults only, CPR-C covers adults, children, and infants. Offered in blended or full in-class options.

Emergency Child Care & Residential First Aid
Designed for those working in the childcare, home care or residential care industry with a special focus on children and infants. This is a full day (9 hour) in-class course.

A 2-hour workshop done right at home, to give you the confidence to act in an emergency. Great for new parents, grandparents, and extended family. Just the basics - no certification with this course.

Red Cross Babysitting Course
Offers basic first aid and caregiving skills for youth 11-15 years old. Participants learn how to provide care to children in a variety of age groups (including feeding, diapering, playing with children), and how to prevent and respond to emergencies.

Red Cross Stay Safe Course
Offers basic first aid and safety skills for youth 9-13 years old. Participants learn about being safe when they are without the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or trusted adult, both at home and in their communities.
